FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR ONE STOP CENTRE (OSC)

1.What are the objectives of OSC?

  • To coordinate and ease the approval process for land development application, planning permission application, building plan, earth work plan, street and drainage plan and other development proposal related plans.
  • To shorten the time norm and speeding up the development proposal application process under the Build and Sell (BKJ) concept within four (4) months and under Sell and Build (JKB) concept within six (6) months; and
  • To standardize the development proposal procedure and process by considering the provisions under National Land Code 1965 (KTN 56), Town and Rural Planning Act 1976 (Act 172) and Road, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133).
